A Lakewood Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on October 4 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at Jefferson County Public Health's Lakewood Office (645 Parfet St, Lakewood CO 80215).

This clinic offers immunizations at low or no cost to uninsured children and adults. Patients with Medicaid, CHP+, and most private insurances are also accepted. The clinic is unable to see patients with Kaiser and select private insurances.

No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
