Event Description
A Longmont Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on May 3 from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm (or until capacity is reached) at St. Vrain Community Hub (515 Coffman St., Fl. 2, Longmont, CO 80501).
This clinic offers immunizations at low or no cost to uninsured, underinsured, and Medicaid patients. Unable to see clients with Kaiser,Ā CHP+, and private insurance.
No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
