A Westminster Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on September 20 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at 1401 W. 122nd Ave., Suite 200, Westminster, CO 80234.

Serving uninsured, Medicaid, CHP+, Medicare and most privately insured patients including Kaiser. Unable to see patients with Denver Health Medicaid and select private insurances.

No appointment is necessary. Please bring your vaccination record.
