CCIC September Coalition Meeting: Immunization Outreach, Tools and Data for Back to School

With the school year back in full swing, it’s important that families have access to information and resources to help ensure their children have the vaccinations they need to stay healthy and ready to learn. During this meeting, we will highlight strategies, tools and processes that have been successful at the local level in Colorado to minimize barriers to vaccination. CCIC staff members will provide an overview of recently-released school district immunization fact sheets and dashboards, including how you can use them in your community. This meeting will also provide an overview and live demo of the annual process schools and child care centers use for reporting immunization data to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
There is no registration fee, but registration is required. Please register by September 23. Light refreshments provided with registration.
