The Immunize Colorado Board of Directors recently elected members to serve on the Executive Committee for the 2021 term. The board is proud to welcome former State Senator and current Neighborhood Equity and Stabilization (NEST) Program Director for the City of Denver’s Department of Development and Opportunity, Irene Aguilar, MD, as Board President. Sen. Aguilar will be joined by Vice-President Bill Jaeger, MA, Ed.M, the vice president of early childhood initiatives at the Colorado Children’s Campaign. Sen. Aguilar and Mr. Jaeger will serve alongside longtime board members and newly-elected Executive Committee members Natalie Price, CPA, board treasurer, and Sara Froelich, board secretary.
The Board of Directors makes decisions related to organization-wide policies, oversees the organization’s operations, and authorizes rule making. The officers and members were elected during the board’s Jan. 21 meeting and their terms will begin immediately. Officers and members of the Immunize Colorado Board of Directors represent a variety of fields and areas of expertise, including pediatric health care, family practice, business, finance, nonprofit and community-based organizations, and government affairs.
