Erika Dunnon has served as Immunize Colorado’s Vaccine Equity Program Manager since 2023. Erika is a Durham, North Carolina native and specializes in Public Health and Adult Health Education. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has earned a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University and a Master of Education from North Carolina State University. She has volunteered and worked in administrative roles within health systems in the triangle area of North Carolina. More recently, she worked within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Medical Information and Drug Safety. She also served as an AmeriCorps Vista Immunization Outreach and Education Coordinator at Jefferson County Public Health in 2021-22. She has continued her desire to promote education, health literacy, equity, access to vaccinations, and preventive care at Immunize Colorado and within the non-profit sector.
