A Lakewood Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on August 29 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at Jefferson County Health Department (645 Parfet Street Lakewood, CO 80215).

Serving uninsured, Medicaid, CHP+, and most privately insured patients. Unable to see patients with Kaiser and select private insurances.
