A Lakewood Shots for Tots and Teens Clinic will be held on October 3 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (or until capacity is reached) at Jefferson County Health Department (645 Parfet Street Lakewood, CO 80215).

Serving uninsured, Medicaid, CHP+, and most privately insured patients. Unable to see patients with Kaiser and select private insurances.
