As the Outreach and Communications Fellow, Marynn Krull supports communications and outreach initiatives that promote vaccine confidence and expand access to vaccine care for communities across Colorado. She recently graduated from Colorado College with a bachelorās degree in Political Science and a minor in Journalism. While at Colorado College, Marynn received the E.K. Gaylord Award for her work as Editor-in-Chief of Colorado Collegeās student newspaper, where her reporting focused on student health, accessibility, and institutional accountability. Bridging her passion for communication with her interest in how public systems shape community well-being, Marynn began her career in nonprofit organizations serving historically marginalized communities. Before joining Immunize Colorado, she worked for Educating Children of Color, where she developed communications and outreach strategies that expanded community engagement and increased access to education equity initiatives in Colorado Springs. For this work, she received the Collaborative for Community Engagementās Public Problem-Solver Award. Marynn is passionate about using strategic communications and accessible storytelling to build trust, advance health equity, and strengthen the connections between organizations and their communities. In her free time, she enjoys running and visiting local coffee shops with a good book.
